The HOC Edelsten Trophy, which is awarded to the best judged Honda CB400 Four at a nominated HOC Show, in memory of Richard Edelsten, a long standing HOC Club & Committee Member, was awarded to a 1979 Honda 400/4 owned by Pete Johnston (albeit that this was the only 400/4 that attended this years show).

The Best Bike at Show, is voted on by all those who attend the Show, this award also went to Pete's Honda 400/4, which was more of a surprise than the Edelsten Trophy, considering the high quality of various Honda's on show, including other Classics such as a 360 Twin, 500/4 and 550/4, along with in excess of 100 other bikes from numerous manufacturers
