Club Night – Tell us about your bike!

17 September, 2024 to 17 September, 2024
Who would like to tell us about their bike? (needn't be a Honda - although it would be nice to hear about one or two!).  The reason you chose that particular bike - the good points - anything not quite right - is it a long term partner?  If you have a picture I could bring a projector and screen  or we could put up the official spec.  Let Erica know if you would like to tell us more!

Holiday in Annecy, France 20th-29th June – organised by Jim

20 June, 2025 to 29 June, 2025
(Annecy is an alpine town in southeastern France, where Lake Annecy feeds into the Thiou River. It’s known for its Vieille Ville (old town), with cobbled streets, winding canals and pastel-colored houses. Overlooking the city, the medieval Château d’Annecy, once home to the Counts of Geneva, contains a museum with regional artifacts such as Alpine furniture and religious art, plus a natural history exhibit.)

Jim says ......................................................
We will take three days to travel down, staying 4 nights in Annecy, then 3 days back.
Budget for rooms £50 per person per night (assumed couple or twin sharing).
At the moment it looks like we may have to book the hotel in Annecy because of it's popularity and I can't find a pay on arrival option at the moment so this would need paying upfront, this shouldn't be the case with hotels on route they should be paying on arrival - ao numbers and commitment is critical for me to move forward.  Currently six of us are interested and I think I will be able to book for 10 to 12 people but they must commit and I will book everything.
